- Please check my FAQ page to see if I’ve already answered your question there. It’s not that I don’t want to read your email, but if I’ve already written out an answer, I’m going to just send you a link to it.
- Please do not send me hate mail or mean mail. I think this one’s pretty self-explanatory, so let’s move on.
- Please don’t put me on a mailing list for your newsletter, blog, or other publication. I’d love to know what you’re up to, but sadly, I cannot handle that kind of email load.
