The Promise Of Good Things

I know yesterday’s post was tragically vague, but I needed to say something. Thanks for being patient with me and my vagueness. I am hopeful that things will work out in the next few weeks. I’ve got my game face on and I’m ready, baby.

Plus, this week I’ve seen two signs of Good Things To Come. This one outside of Baby Girl’s daycare:

And this one on our street, just a few yards from our house:

Now, if you haven’t read THE CLEARING, you don’t understand what a fairy ring means to me. But if you have, then you do, and you can understand how encouraged I was.

Good things are coming, friends.

Well, as a proud reader of The Clearing, I totally got the images you presented above and I got a little flash of uber excitement for you.

I will keep my eyes peeled here in the coming weeks for sure.

Yes! I love fairy rings! (I even know how they happen, scientifically, but that kinda ruins the magic so I WON’T SAY ANYTHING!)

My fingers are crossed for you. Toes, too. And as soon as I can figure out how to get Lucy to cross her little paw pads, I’ll get that done.

Um, I know how they happen, too. Fairies start dancing and then they appear, and if you step into one WATCH OUT BECAUSE YOU MIGHT NEVER COME OUT.

Ha. 🙂 I’m guessing it has something to do with rain because we’ve had a lot of that lately! And yes, get that kitty of yours in on the finger-crossing!
